作为国际社会在21世纪，通过的第一个综合性人权公约，《残疾人权利公约》覆盖了残障人的公民及政治权利，又包括了经济、社会及文化权利。

为了一份自己的人权公约，残障伙伴不遗余力地努力了几十年。

《残疾人权利公约》的诞生，让越来越多残障伙伴，有了争取自己权利的勇气。

当不同性别，不同障别的残障人，在人生的每一个阶段，用独一无二的方式呐喊道：我要在这个世界上自由独立地生活！

Women and girls with disabilities should have the full rights and freedoms enjoyed by everyone in the community

As children with disabilities we have the right to express our views on matters that affect us

We have the right to physical access and information access

我们有权拥有无障碍的物理环境，有权无障碍地访问信息

We have the right to life

我们拥有生命权

We have the right to be rescued in times of disaser

当灾难降临时，我们有权获得救助

We have the right to equal recognition before the law

我们的权利应该被法律重视

We have the right to justice

我们有权获得公平的待遇

We have the right to live freely in the community, to live independently and be included

我们有权在这个世界上独立、自由地生活，并被接纳

We must not be tortured, exploitd or abused

我们绝不能遭受暴力、虐待和剥削

We have the same rights as others to choose where we live and where we travel

我们与其他人一样有权去旅游，选择自己的住所

We have the right to access information and to express our opinions

我们有权获取信息，并表达自己的观点

We have the right to privacy and to have intimate relationships

我们的隐私权，需要被尊重，我们享有婚姻权

Our children Cannot be taken away just because of our disability

不能因为我身有残障，就剥夺了我抚养孩子的权利

We have the right to education, jobs and hlalthcare

我们享有教育权、就业权，有权获得医疗保障

We have the right to particiPate in cultural and public life

我们有权参与文化生活和公共生活
