写在前面
不少人可能会觉得：身体有残障了，有那么多不方便就别去工作了，呆在家里吃饱穿暖就成，有时甚至连我们自己都觉得：残障了，就有很多局限，能找到工作就成了，别要求那么高！
事实上平等就业是每个人的权利，我们并不应该因为残障而受到和别人不一样的对待，我们有权享有安全和健康的工作环境，我们应该享有公平的工作条件例如：机会均等、同工同酬、不受骚扰等。当我们在工作中遇到问题，也可以进行申诉，勇敢地维护自己的权利。

缔约国确认残障人和其他人一样享有工作权。
Countries agree that people with disability have the same right to work as other people.
缔约国会采取以下步骤确保残障人可以行使这项权利，包括：
Countries are to take appropriate steps to make sure that people with disability can exercise this right including by:
在一切形式就业的一切事项上禁止歧视残障人，（这些事项）包括获得工作、保持工作、获得职业提升的机会、享有安全和健康的工作环境。
Banning unlawful discrimination against people with disability banning unlawful discrimination against people with disability in areas of employment, including getting a job,keeping a job, getting a promotion and having safe and healthy work conditions.
确保残障人享有公平的工作条件，例如：机会均等、同工同酬、不受搔扰，在工作中遇到问题时可以进行申诉。
Making sure people with disability have fair Work conditions, such as equal opportunities, equal pay for doing the same sort of work, protection from harassment and a way to have work complaints or problems dealt with.
确保残障人和其他人一样可以自由加入公会。
Making sure people with disability are free to join a union like other people can.
促进残障人就业，（让残障人）获得工作经验，为残障人提供职业培训，促进残障人自主创业。
Encourage job opportunities, work experience training, careers, advancement, and self employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
在公共部门雇用残障人士，促进私营部门雇用残障人。
Hiring people with disability in the government and encourage private business to hire people with disability.
确保残障人士和其他人一样不被强迫或强制劳动。
Protecting people with disability from being forced to work in the same way other people are protected.
