曾经多次在书籍和新闻报道中了解过自闭症人士和唐氏综合征人士。
隐隐约约记得，唐氏综合征人士有学习障碍，新闻里报道的那个唐氏综合征女孩连很简单的话都听不懂。
隐隐约约记得，电影里的那个成年自闭症人士在总在自言自语，有时还会忽然情绪爆发，在街上乱跑乱踢，拉都拉不住。
看起来，好恐怖呀！
不过，他们真的挺痛苦的，我很同情！有时，真想去帮助他们，又没有胆量，更不知道该怎么支持，真是愁死了！

My name is Jordan and I have a autism,A lifelong disability which affects the brain. How we can communicate and our ability to understand the world around us. It is very very hard to fit in.

Isla and Sanjay have Down syndrome which is a genetic condition. they have a learning disability. Just like all children,every child with Down sydrome is completely different but they need a little bit of extra help to be able to understand instructions and join in with activities.
艾拉和谭茜有唐氏综合征，这是一种自然发生的染色体现象，可能会学习障碍，唐氏综合征孩子是不同，但也只是需要更多的支持。让她们能听懂指令而已。
When you see someone with autism these are the things you should know. you see them talking to themselves don't automatically think they're weird. really it is their autism.
当你看到一个人在自言自语，不要诧异，事实上，这是自闭症的特征之一。
If someone is kicking off in the street,don't think they are naughty. It is hard for them to cope with noises and things around them.
假若你在大街上看到有人在乱跑乱踢，请不要觉得这是淘气的表现，那有可能是嘈杂的环境让他们感到很难受。
I don't like it when people don't understand my autism and they talk about me and not to me.
我感到非常不满, 人们不理解我的自闭症, 总在悄悄议论我，从不询问我的感受。

SIsla and Sanjay are just like any eight-year-old girl, they like to do activities. Such as ballet and horse riding and swimming. they want to do the same things as their friends. they don't understand why they can't do the same activities as their friends. so as a parent really I would just ask that you take the time to find out how you can help and support them access any activity and also not be afraid of their disability and just be open to ask any questions to find out how you can actually support them.
艾拉和桑杰就是普通的八岁女孩，她们有很多爱好，例如芭蕾舞、马术和游泳等等。看到身边的朋友在玩什么，她们也想玩。她们想不明白，为什么有些事，朋友们能做到，自己却做不到。作为父母，我们有个愿望：我们想邀请您，共同探索，如何能支持她们参与自己喜欢的活动。不要对她们的残障感到害怕。坦诚地去与她们沟通，让她们能得到更有效的支持。

Learning to swim should be fun. We are an all-inclusiveswimming school where we accept all disability groups as well as children who have no disability. We have young Tansy swim with us. She has swum with us for quite a few years now since a small child. She thoroughly enjoys her lessons with teachers thoroughly enjoyed working with Tansy
学游泳应该很有趣,作为一所开放、包容的游泳学校，我们能去接纳所有的孩子，无论他们是否有残障。谭茜很小的时候就在这学游泳，到现在已经很多年了。她非常喜欢游泳课，老师也非常享受给谭茜上课的感觉。
We very much hope that all sporting groups will accept anybody with any disability to join in the mainstream classes everybody has fun whether it's with a big disability small disability or no disabilities.
我们非常希望每一个体育项目都能接纳不同障别的残障人士，并让他们融入到普通的班级中。在这个班级里，无论是否残障，无论残障程度如何，每个人都能感到很开心。

When you meet someone with autism or another learning disability threat them fairly like everyone else.
如果你遇到有自闭症或学习障碍的人，用平常心去看待他们就好。
