在中国，有关残障人的表演，永远都与“惨”联系在一起，一方面表现在观众们普遍认为表演的残障人都非常不容易，面对悲惨的命运，都像神一样的存在；另一方面，这样一个市场，背后有着一个利益链条，这个链条上，有追求金钱利益的各色人等，也有有感情宣泄需求的普通大众，还有迫于现状只求生存的残障者。本期中国残障人观察，我们采访了不同年龄段、在民间艺术团有多年经验的残障人，在揭开背后市场推手的同时，探讨为什么残障人会变得这么“惨”，又是为什么在惨中失去了权利。

Inside Story of China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe

Performances acted by the disabled in China are always connected with “miseries”. On the one hand, audience generally believes that these actors strive hard to fight against destiny, conducting as gods; on the other hand, there is an interest link behind the performance market: people who pursuing money and interest, common people with emotional needs and the disabled actors who striving for survival. China Disability Observation interviewed several experienced disabled actors at different ages. Besides exposing backstage driving force, we try to discuss why the disabled people become so “miserable” and lose their rights.

中国残障有人榜之这些年，老残玩过的行为艺术

本季度，全国多地视障人为了表达对于必胜客中国公司在优酷等国内大型视频网站上投放的带有侮辱视障人性质的虾球广告表示愤怒，纷纷在当地必胜客餐厅门前上演行为艺术。借此机会，我们也一起回顾了从2009年一加一打响了中国残障领域行为艺术抗议第一枪以来，中国的残障人们为了争取自己的权益所进行的行为艺术。同时，我们也与女权领域、乙肝歧视、HIV感染者歧视等领域的权利运动进行了比较，发现残障人在行为艺术之后，总是后继乏力，并没有跟进影响力诉讼等。因此，我们仍旧需要学习，也需要有更多人站出来。

China disabled people list, Performance arts played by the disabled people in recent years

In this quarter, shrimp ball ads with insulting contents made by Pizza Hut China are posted on video website such as Youku. Visually disabled people in different regions express their anger to the ads and organize performance art in front of Pizza Hut shops. Taking this opportunity, we’d like to review the history of performance art conducted by the disabled people to fight for their rights since 2009 when 1+1 initiated the first one. Meanwhile, after comparison with those in the fields such as feminism, hepatitis B discrimination and HIV discrimination, we have found out that the disabled people need further actions and influential lawsuits after performance art. Therefore, we still need to learn and take more actions.

拆掉思维里的墙，必胜客，我们应该叫真！

全国多地视障人掀起必胜客虾球广告抗议风潮后，网络上有许多人对于视障人的动机以及是否过度敏感展开了激烈地讨论，有人认为视障人太敏感，有人认为这是瞎子想趁机讹钱，还有人认为视障人采取的方法过于激烈……就此，我们将大家的问题重新整理列出，并给予正面回应，告诉公众，正是因为公众的无意识，才造成了这种质疑与争论，视障人必须且非常正当地在捍卫自己的权利。

Pizza Hut, We should tear down the wall in mind and take it seriously!

Since the nationwide wave of performance art organized by visually disabled people in front of Pizza Hut shops, there are hot online debate about their motivation and whether they are too senstive or not. Some people believe the visually disabled people are too sensitive; some think that it’s a blackmail excuse for the blind; some consider this reaction over fierce… we are trying to list the common questions and answer them actively. And let the public know that these arguments are resulted from the public’s unconsciousness. The visually disabled people must fight for their legitimate rights.

《精神卫生法》民间评分报告

2012年10月26日，全国人大常委会以142票赞同、1票反对、2票弃权，表决通过了《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》，我国精神卫生领域的第一部法律将于2013年5月1日起正式实施。

法律出台，大众呼吁要终止“被精神病”；还有很多人呼吁，要保护精神障碍患者权益，然而，这部法律能否承担起这些责任？

在法律出台后不久，中国精神病医疗使用者与幸存者通过网络（CNUSP）以问卷形式调查了十位不同身份的专业人士对法律的意见，律师、心理学家、幸存者、使用者、家属、学者、社工、记者、精神科护士、国外留学生，不同身份的人有不同的看法，我们期待专业而真诚的意见，可以让更多人读懂这部法律。

Civilian assessment report on Mental Health Law

Mental Health Law of the People's Republic of China was approved by the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress October 26, 2012. The voting result was 142 in favour, 1 against and 2 abstentions. China’s first law in mental health field has been taken into effect in May 1, 2013.

The public calls for expiration of forced psychiatric treatment; many demand to protect the rights of metal patients. However, is this law able to take these responsibilities?

CNUSP has conducted a survey on 10 professionals’ opinions to this law soon after emerging of the new law. Lawyer, psychologist, survivor, user, family member, scholar, social worker, journalist, psychiatric nurse and abroad student with different identities hold different ideas. We expect professional and honest opinions to help more people understand this law.

由于社会中长期存在着对残障人的歧视，加之中国社会性的开放程度，导致残障人谈谈及自己的性问题，会觉得是一件非常羞耻的事情。本期性趣，我们为残障人推荐了十种效果各有不同的避孕方法，以及错误的避孕观念，为残障人普及生殖健康知识，促使其不再压抑促使其正视自己的合理需求，解放身体。

Due to social discrimination for the disabled people and the sexual openness degree in China, they always feel ashamed when talking about sex issue. This time we introduce ten contraception methods, number up wrong contraception ideas. We’d like to promote reproductive health knowledge to the disabled people and encourage them to confront with their natural demands and set free their bodies.
